University of Plymouth

In 2020 I was engaged as a consultant to carry out a full review of the Out of Hours mental health support for students at the University of Plymouth, with a focus on Crisis support. The work was carried out over several weeks and involved multiple interviews with a wide range of over 30 stakeholders, both within and external to the university, including the police, third sector and NHS services.

The resulting report and recommendations allowed the senior management team to consolidate good practice, address gaps and tackle partnership working in a proactive and effective manner.
