Improving young people’s mental health and wellbeing through experience-based talks and consultancy.

I created Buzz Consulting in 2017 to share my extensive clinical and strategic health and wellbeing expertise with organisations keen to provide outstanding support and advice to young people.

With clinical expertise in young people’s mental health and wellbeing, and wide ranging strategic experience in both the Higher Education and Health sectors, sharing this experience and knowledge and therefore improving young people’s mental health is the aim of Buzz Consulting.

I work with schools and parents, universities and colleges, as well as corporate clients to educate and build confidence in supporting and understanding teen and young adult mental health.

My aim is happier, healthier, highly successful young people.
