I have helped to create (and written content for) multiple mental health and wellbeing apps in association with the award winning ExpertSelfCare lead Dr Knut Schroeder. Apps include the Student Health App, distrACT (BMA Patient Information Award 2019), Eating Disorder Support, International Student App.
